Demonstrative Evidence

The law offices of Chandler, Mathis & Zivley, PC uses advanced trial techniques to help juries more easily visualize and comprehend the issues involved in a particular case. Those techniques include the creative use of video, animations, drawings and graphics. The firm has an in-house video department in charge of videotaping depositions, videotaping site inspections, and preparing “day-in-the-life” videos. In certain cases, the firm develops video animations to “take the jury to the scene” of the incident. Below are examples of medical drawings our firm has had created for trial use, as well as video animations to assist the jury in commercial vehicle collision cases.
